Asa Trainee Support Engineer, you willbe part of the L1 monitoring team that supports and maintains mission criticalproducts. You will be involved in monitoring the Products and theinfrastructure on which they are hosted. You will be learning about the supported Products and relatedtechnologies. You will be working closely with the Level 2 team that haveexpertise on these products and are responsible for resolving issues related tothese products. You will be collaborating with the US NOC and Product Managersand SMEs in carrying out your day to day activities. You will also becoordinating across various infrastructure and DBA team while supporting theproducts that are part of the NOC. You will have access to various monitoringand troubleshooting tools that you would be using to do a preliminaryinvestigation and resolve issues that fall under scope of the L1 monitoringteam. You will also have to participate in automation and innovation efforts ofthe team and contribute towards these efforts.

Inthis role, you will join our Tech Central – Product Support NOC in Pune, IN andreport to Manager of the Pune NOC team. You will be responsible for thefollowing:
Monitor all NOC supported products usingavailable tools and procedures Carry out predefined tasks at predefines timesfor all products Do preliminary investigation and resolve firstlevel issues Collaborate with Level 2 team andinfrastructure teams to get the issues resolved Be a quick learner and understand basics of allproducts and learn the technologies behind them Shadow and learn the Level 2 work and offloadtheir work as much possible Handle coordination with external corporateclients and service providers Contribute in automation and innovation efforts Contribute in reducing manual jobs /auto-resolution of recurring issues using programming and automation skills. UG- B.Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S. / M.Tech REC or above Exposure to Information Technology as a part of education. Excellent communication skills.
