What You’ll be Doing
You will have to develop an effective understanding of our products and services You will have to research and analyze industries in order to identify new business opportunities You will have to handle Business Development for Digital Marketing services through various sources / platforms. You will be responsible for Online Bidding, Lead Generation & Email campaigns. You will be responsible for drafting effective marketing strategies and quality proposals for Upwork as well as for RFPs. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships You will have to submit Sales reports, Proposals, Presentations, relevant documents, etc. You will have to manage client visits, conferences, presentations and other client issues. You will be responsible for negotiating with the clients and closing the sales. You will have to consult with seniors to follow up with customers and identify new qualified leads You will be expected to meet organizational goals. Qualification Required: MBA marketing or IT/ or any IT graduate or post graduate.

You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be energetic and ready to learn. You should be Self-motivated and passionate for BD role. You should have good Problem solving skills You should have good Report making skills. You should have a strong ability to multitask Preferred :
Candidates having knowledge in Digital Marketing – SEO, Social Media, Web and other products and services offered by Brainstorm Force. Basic Knowledge about bidding portals.
